This house was build in 1953 and was originally owned by Eusebio and Victoria de Castro. Second and third generations of the first De Castro family now resides on the house. Although there were some improvements made, features of Circa 50's are still evident. That includes being elevated from the ground with hard wooden posts, stairs leading to balcony, window panel facing the stairs and stairs made of layered bamboo cuts.

Located at Brgy, Salaban II, Ibaan, Batangas, the Spanish influences are still prevalent with its features. Currently, roof extension was installed to provide shelter to the family's other activities and vehicle. Some additions were also made to reinforce the some parts of the house so as to maintain its dignity.
